The average selling price range was $312,115, with an average of only 69 days on the market. The average price has increased this month, and days on the market seem to be consistent.</p> <p>The highest price home sold in November was around $741,000.00, with an average of 201 days on the market, and the lowest price sold was $93,000.00, with it not even being an entire day on the market. </p> <p>If you are thinking of selling your home or buying, give me a call or send me a message.
